This is a new position for this firm; it has been spun off into a separate entity and is ramping up operations.

 

They prefer someone local but will relocate someone if needed who is a help desk manager, has a strong background in establishing service level agreements (SLA's for the search engines)

 

MUST HAVE ITIL EXPERIENCE

 

Has a good background with service desk tools like Service Now or Remedy (any tool is OK)

 

Is still "hand on." You'll be hiring a team so until the team is onboard you have to be involved with day-to-day support
