REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience

5-6 years IT project management

5 years business analysis experience

2-3 years of Object Oriented Programming; C+ +, Java or others

Strong knowledge of relational database and SQL 

 

This is a hands-on position where primary duties of the Project Manager include managing the delivery of projects, driving long term architecture, and innovating on new technology to make systems more scalable for the future.

 

Requires background in software programming and technical management. We seek candidates who have grown from the ranks of hands-on software developers. The successful candidate will run the day-to-day operations of a software programming team and successfully execute on multiple projects simultaneously.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Manage cross-functional systems and environments team supporting multiple software delivery, software maintenance and second line technical support environments.

Validating and managing project scope.

Project tracking, reporting and auditing

Resolve project issues, communicate status and coordinate activities with peer teams across geographies.

Ensure successful implementation, integration, testing and roll-out of software and environments.

Meet delivery milestones according to roll-out plans.

Enforce established processes, technical and QA standards.

Resource and project roadmap planning.

Drive long term systems architecture vision for domain

Hire and build high caliber IS employees

Career development of people and team administration
