Promising candidates should possess the following qualifications: Title: Java/Middleware Engineer Qualifications: - 5+ years full-time professional experience in server-side Java application development - 2+ years of hands-on experience with WebLogic Server 7, 8.or 9. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Good understanding of Web development paradigms and processes - Must be able to demonstrate thorough understanding of the following technologies: + Java Threading + Java Networking + Java IO + Java Garbage Collection + HTTP + XML + XML Schema + XPath + Servlets + JDBC Desired Skills: - Java Security - LDAP - Portlets - XML-RPCs such as SOAP - JavaMail
