Ensure that the Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) build adequately provides required financial accounting and reporting functionality. This includes:
o Proper mapping of business transactions to accounts
o Validation of appropriate chart of accounts
o Interface and data extract processing
3rd party – Hewitt, Alinea, CASS
Legacy to SAP – Maintenance and Repair systems, Oracle sweeps, CDSD systems
o Inter-company accounting requirements
o Sufficient management and exception reporting
o Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) controls
• Propose simplification of existing processes prior to SAP deployment, including convergence of existing account / cost centers to SAP format
• Lead accounting data conversion, including establishing rules and protocols for data cleansing, approving the plan and timeline, and obtaining appropriate resources to cleanse data required for the mock data conversion tests
• Review and develop test scripts to ensure all critical business processes and interfaces are completely tested end-to-end
• Lead business participation in ST2, ST3, and UAT financial accounting testing, including obtaining needed business testers, reviewing and prioritizing identified system defects
• Develop manual business processes required to utilize SAP
• Review SAP developed training for completeness, accuracy and understandability
• Help deliver training, supported by additional business and project resources
• Provide periodic updates to Quaker Tropicana Gatorade (QTG) financial management
• Work closely with SAP Tax / Legal entity and SAP Consolidations implementation teams to ensure co-ordination of system design, testing, and deployment activities

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required,
• 5-6 years relevant work experience. At least 2 years experience in a financial reporting role is required.
• An MBA and CPA are strongly preferred
• Ability to quickly analyze issues, prepare comprehensive analyses and provide insights for identifying / solving specific issues
• Ability to highlight issues and provide clear communication to broad audience that will assist in driving change
• Ability to work cross-functionally
