10+ yrs. exper. in some combo of consulting sales, HR, and project mgmt. Extensive consultative sales exper., proven ability to close deals, incl. SAP HR deals, and exp leading large-scale global SAP proposal efforts & projects.Broad SAP HR knowledge & experience managing full life-cycle projects (SAP v4.6+), ability to present in front of C-level execs, strong written communication skills& staff development experience. The SAP HR Associate Partner (AP) is responsible for up-front solutioning of SAP HR&HCM projects,for overall delivery of large-scale SAP HR projects,and for direct reports' professional development.The AP responds to & solutions proposal responses in writing including estimating the work, roles,skills,and implementation work effort.The AP leads business case development, presents to sr. executives,& facilitates workshops.The AP provides hands-on leadership & direction to the project team as well as managesclient executive relationships.The AP is responsible for direct reports practice utilization,career management&guidance,skills dev. and training plans.This role includes hands-on consulting delivery in a complex & integrated environment.

Candidate Must Have :
* 8+ yrs. exper. in some combo of consulting sales, HR, and project mgmt.
