PAID RELOCATION
Provide HR generalist support to the 500+ union free employee base at the Atlanta site. Incumbent will provide leadership across a wide variety of areas to maximize organizational effectiveness and performance that will include coaching, organizational development, compensation, workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and benefits. Support the leadership team and employees through four key roles (strategic partner, change agent, technical function expert and employee champion). The position is responsible for planning, directing, and for ensuring quality operations all phases of human resources (e.g., employment, placement, and retention). Candidate must have the ability to source experienced candidates and create a network of potential new hires for future consideration as well; be able to manage all aspects of human resources, payroll, and benefit issues for employees.

Qualifications:
-Incumbent must demonstrate ability to manage and administer company programs, policies and procedures.
-Demonstrate that (s)he is a self-starter.
-Must have strong leadership and project management skills.
-Demonstrate ability to get desired results by doing it the right way.
-Excellent influencing and relationship building skills, sound judgment/decision making skills, with a high degree enthusiasm to drive results to achieve the company’s goals.
-Demonstrated experience in implementing change initiatives.
-Must be able to consults with department leadership to build people management capability throughout their organization. Serves as catalyst for culture change by ensuring that department strategies, tactics and practices are aligned with organization's behaviors and values.
-Must demonstrate outstanding and strategically focused leadership skills that include competencies such as: business acumen, strong communication and facilitation skills, high drive and productivity along with excellent "influence" and teaming skills.
-Must have an excellent ability to balance a strategic focus with a strong orientation toward process improvement and an analytical, detail oriented perspective.
-Must have thorough knowledge of state
and federal regulatory compliance laws is necessary.
-Must be an excellent facilitator who is skilled in resolving conflicts and be a provider of sound counsel to senior leadership on sensitive issues.
-Must have an excellent ability to balance a strategic focus with a strong orientation toward process improvement and an analytical, detail oriented perspective.
-Must have thorough knowledge of state
and federal regulatory compliance laws is necessary.
-Must be an excellent facilitator who is skilled in resolving conflicts and be a provider of sound counsel to senior leadership on sensitive issues."

Requirements:
Must have Labor Relations experience.
Minimum 7 years of HR experience.
BA/MA Industrial Relations and/or BS in Org Psychology, HR, Business or related field.
PHR/SPHR Certification and advanced degree preferred.
