The BPM Platform Architect will provide leadership and hands-on capability in modeling the process flow, solution design as well as providing time, cost/benefit and capacity analyses. The Architect is required to work well with diverse teams which may include Lean Six Sigma practitioners, Business Analysts, Developers, Management Stakeholders, etc. The Architect is expected to foster broad adoption of the BPM platform through example and thought leadership.

The typical engagement will usually include the following duties:
1. Interviewing key stakeholders and observing workflows to define activities and processes throughout the company
2. Documenting, modeling and simulating core business processes and its sub-processes
3. Analyzing each process to identify areas opportunity and build an optimization / automation plan
4. Working with deployment team to implement rollout plan

• Strong Business Process Modeling Experience
• Strong Business Acumen
• Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
• Provide Leadership from Strategic Simulation to Tactical Execution
• Exposure to Lean Enterprise / Six Sigma
• Good Understanding of Linear Programming / Statistics
• Excellent Interpersonal, Communication and Public Speaking Skills
• Financial / Insurance industry experience is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of one or more BPM / Workflow Tools is Preferred
• Strategic Thinker with the Ability to Roll-Up Sleeves and Execute

The Architect should bring a complete set of tools to a project and help the in-house team learn to think in terms of process rather than functions / transactions.
