3 Claims Specialists:

 

1^st Claims Specialist

 

5-7 years of experience

The primary charge will be handling a docket of primary, general liability claims.  We’re looking for someone with experience in that particular capacity.  That experience would include the following: 

 

• Coverage investigation/analysis and letter writing in relation to the primary CGL policy.  This includes an understanding of how an entity qualifies as an “insured” on the policy, as well as how to process tenders of defense and indemnification to our insured and tenders on behalf of our insured to others. 
• Investigation, Evaluation and Disposition of primary bodily injury and property damage claims involving premises liability, products liability, and construction accidents, among others. 
• Experience/ability to direct defense counsel and manage the litigation process to resolution.   

 

If the candidate is fluent in Spanish, both written and verbal, then that person has an edge.   

 

 

Claims Specialist #2 &# 3

 

• 5-7 Years of experience
• Product liability
• Premise liability
• Construction defect (Labor Laws 200, 240,241)
• Managing ops and completed ops

 

1 Claims Associate

• Same as claims specialist #1, 3-5 years of experience
