Loan IQ Team Leader Operations Tech Jersey City - Base range up to 120 base plus bonus

Job description:

* Lead a small team of on and off-site employees, with the addition of consultants from time to time.

* Support version and service pack upgrades to vendor (Misys) owned application "LoanIQ" running on win2K servers and accessing DB2.

* Hands on support and development of in house applications using vendor datastore. The in house applications use the following languages, technologies and platforms:

* Crystal Enterprise, java, TIBCO, WebLogic, Autosys, UDB on unix, DB2 on mainframe, and Cobol, Unix

* Meet with users and business analysts to specify and determine requirements

* Prioritize project work

* Help with resource estimates (hardware, software and people) and projections

* Assign work to other team members and manage project status.

* Maintain project plans. Provide regular progress updates to senior management.

* Work with Audit and Control representatives to provide requested data, identify areas for improvement and resolve issues.

* Ensure that team practices are in line and coordinated with  standards and practices, tools, and technologies.

* Motivate and inspire individuals (on-site and remote) for accomplishment and growth. Create exciting and challenging opportunities for members of the team.

Requirements:

5 + years of experience

Experience with Misys LoanIQ application

Experience with DB2 or UDB database

Cobol - ability to read the code

Java

Unix

Informatica
