Minimum 4 yrs SAP Time Management configuration & project lead experience, 4.6 or above as well as two full life-cyle implementations. Secondary module exper. in recruiting, performance management, career management, succession management or compensation. Experience to include implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support. Ability to resolve configuration and functional business issues across the various HR modules in a hands-on manner is critical. Solid project mgmt. skills & experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The SAP HR Senior Application Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables; particularly in the SAP HR Benefits Module. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of large-scale SAP HCM application solutions. This consultant will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development & performance measurement. He/she will provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within context of individual role. Position requires 100% travel. Configuration of SAP Payroll module and general functional understanding of HR processes is preferred.

Candidate Must Have :
