FUNCTIONAL TITLE: SENIOR ASSET MANAGER. MUST HAVE RIGHT TO WORK IN EU. NO RELOCATION PROVIDED. POSITION LOCATED IN FRANKFURT, GERMANY. Company manages a portfolio in excess of USD $250 billion collateralized by multifamily and commercial real estate located throughout the United States. Loan types will predominantly include fixed and floating rate loans originated for securitization. This is a senior level position that will support the expansion and development of the Real Estate Services division in Germany. The position will report to the Managing Director of Real Estate Services - International, based in London.

REQUIREMENTS:
. The Sr. Asset Manager must i) possess significant experience managing any position in the capital stack (senior debt, subordinate debt, equity ownership), ii) demonstrate a keen understanding of the fundamentals required for operating all real estate collateral property types (multifamily, office, retail, hospitality), iii) exercise sound risk/reward judgment when making business decisions and iv) effectively negotiate complex transactions with sophisticated counter-parties.. Responsibilities for individual transactions include initial deal setup, monthly reporting, major consents & approvals, transaction administration, strategic oversight and positioning, transaction modifications, workouts and dispositions.The Asset Manager is also responsible for providing a single point of contact with all internal and external stakeholder clients, maintaining positive and profitable relationships and ensuring that all stakeholders and borrowers are provided the highest level of customer service. The development of effective borrower/principal relationships will be critical to the team's ability to proactively monitor investment performance. Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm
