Job Description:	Manager of Business Continuity (& Disaster Recovery) Manager level - currently managing staff (2) Degree necessary. Financial Services background preferred. Develop and maintain business continuity (BC) plans for business units. Lead BC efforts for the firm, drive initiatives, organize and facilitate process. Also manage disaster recovery (DR) staff and related efforts. General understanding of technology concepts and ability to manage. Drive DR recovery efforts, testing, design and build of recovery solutions. Should be senior level - will peer with department managers and directors in the firm. Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
