Min. 4 yrs. PeopleSoft Benefits Admin v8.8+ implementation & support experience with deep configuration knowledge of Benefits Admin and knowledge of configuration issues between Payroll/HR/Benefits/Time & Labor. Min.3 yrs. consulting firm employment, and 2 full life-cycle PeopleSoft projects. HR shared service center experience.

Candidate Must Have :
* Recent PS/Ben Admin. Functional Consultant Experience.Working functional knowledge of PS HCM, Configuration of core Ben Admin, Hands-on developed project deliverables - formal/structured methodology, Requirements definition/mapping & apply required configuration changes, Test plan, scenario, & script development, UAT execution lead role for a specific area, Medium to large client interaction & process consulting experience, Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Visio, Strong verbal/written communications skills, Process definition, analysis, design, & implementation,Training material development, Process Transformation.
* Need to have v8.8+ or above.

Would prefer Midwest/ North/East but are open to 21 core cities.
