Experience Required : 3 - 5 years
Degree Required : 4 Year Degree

The PeopleSoft (PS) Payroll Senior Consultant will have a Min. 4 yrs. PeopleSoft Payroll implementation & support experience with deep configuration knowledge plus knowledge of configuration issues between Payroll/HR/Benefits/Time & Labor. Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience; Min. 3 yrs. consulting firm employment, and 2 full life-cycle PeopleSoft projects. Experience with payroll interfaces.

Candidate Must Have :
* PS North American and Global Payroll v8.8/8.9 application functionality.
* Responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables, particularly in PS Benefits Administration, incl. implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing PS applications.
* PS online, batch, reporting, data structures, and workflow, Functionality and integration of ePay with Payroll, Able to define scope for Payroll business processes and data, Able to define requirements for Payroll business processes, Able to develop project estimates for Payroll implementation projects.
* Experience in process re-design, application configuration, design,Experience in data conversion, testing, training
