Job Description	Quality Assurance Analyst who will be responsible for testing the portfolio management and order entry applications used by account executives and sales assistants to manage their accounts.  Testing will include progressive, integration, usability, data integrity, negative, functional and regression testing in order to ensure the applications meet the business needs of the user community.  The individual will be responsible for determining issues, assessing the severity of the issues and clearly reporting the issues via a bug tracking tool.  Strong communication skills are essential for initial issue description and for follow up clarification with development.  The individual must be able to manage multiple tasks concurrently and work independently.
Minimum Requirement	Platforms:  Windows XP
	GUI Systems:  Mercury Quality Center experience a plus.

	Other Programming Skills:
	Business Knowledge:  Working knowledge of the brokerage industry is essential.  Understanding brokerage accounting practices, client reporting and a cursory understanding of trading systems is required.
	Project Experience:
	Communication Skills: Good verbal and written skills are essential.  Candidate must be able to explain complex business related issues to developers both via phone calls and entry of data into issue tracking software.
