PAID RELOCATION
Responsible for designing, developing, and supporting complex RADAR powering and power distribution systems and hardware design covering AC prime power, AC/DC and DC/DC converter technologies. Analyze subsystem power requirements, develop subsystem power architecture, and define specifications and generate design documentation related to the power supply and distribution hardware within time and cost constraints. Perform power system trades and power analysis studies to be able to assist, consult, or lead others in support of business and marketing activities. The selected individual will be capable of leading teams in the requirements, design implementation and test of powering hardware. Provide priority support for factory design and process related manufacturability and throughput issues. Maintain and update design and test documentation. Define and perform design verification tests for powering subsystems to ensure compliance to contract requirements. Champion cost reduction efforts through innovative design improvements. Comply with company policies, procedures, and EHS requirements as applicable. Demonstrate  core values and LM21/Six Sigma/DFSS principles.
