Job Title	Programmer/Analyst For Proprietary Trading

Job Description	·          The candidate will be a hands-on technical person responsible for the development of real time trading applications. ·          The candidate must have a solid background in either FX , Futures or Equity business working on electronic trading systems ·          He or she must have strong object oriented design and development skills.  ·          The candidate needs to have strong hands-on coding skills in Java and  C/C++ languages, concurrent and network programming ·          The GUI design in Java or C# is important ·          The candidate must have very good communication skills, strong analytical ability and problem solving skills. ·          XML experience and familiarity with JMS (preferably TIBCO EMS) ·          The candidate should have experience with both the Unix and NT/Windows environments. ·          Desirable experience with BrokerTec and eSpeed markets ·          Sybase or equivalent relational database experience is desirable. ·          Degree in mathematics or statistics strongly preferred
Minimum Requirement	Platforms:  Solaris, Linux, Windows
	Database Systems: Sybase, Oracle
	Other Programming Skills: Solid software design skills
	Business Knowledge: FX, Futures, or Fixed Income
	Project Experience: 2-3 years of design and development of real time trading systems
	Communication Skills: Good communication skills, team player, self-motivated
