Job Requirements:
The IMD IT Portfolio Systems team is looking for a Senior Developer for various fixed income projects relating to transaction processing, fixed income calculations and reporting.

Responsibilities:
Quickly understand fixed income calculations and business requirements.
Participating in analysis, design and development of new functionality in fixed income calculations and reporting.
Develop technical solutions, implement, test and deploy the solutions working independently and with other developers. Create required technical documentation.
Ability to work directly with all levels of users.
Meet project timeline deliverables, occasionally working overtime and weekends as needed.
Ability to work on multiple sub-projects.

Required Educational Background and Technical skills:
Five plus years overall information technology experience with three plus years in the financial industry. Knowledge of fixed income calculations, tools and academic background in computer science, mathematics, or engineering to understand the various fixed income calculations.
Strong Informix 4gl / DB, SQL, Stored procedures and database design concepts.
Unix/C-language, Shell/PERL scripting skills.
Server-side Java/JDBC/XML skills with good knowledge of Weblogic/Eclipse/CVS environment.
Familiarity with project management tools (Remedy, JIRA etc.) a plus.
