An advanced contextual advertising on line media company seeks a full-time Linux Systems Administrator to ensure the stable operation of Linux server farm in a 24/7 environment. This includes but not limited to planning, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing servers and/or network.

 

Desired Technical skills:

Experience with Centos/RedHat Enterprise ES Linux Operating System Experience with Intel and/or Opteron Based Hardware Platforms and Unix Systems Troubleshooting.

NIS, LDAP, DHCP, DNS, SMTP, NFS.

Scripting( Perl, bash).

SAN administration.

Load balancers Management & Configuration (BigIp) Mysql Database and configuration knowledge Experience with Tape Backup & Retrieval Solutions is a must Experience working with CDNs Knowledge of System Performance & Monitoring concepts like nagios and cacti Knowledge of server builds using Kickstart.

Nice to have:

Network Configuration (Cisco IOS) is a plus Knowledge of BGP, RIP and other routing protocols is a plus.
