JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information, business, mathematics or related field is strongly preferred. Graduate studies are highly preferred. Significant insurance related studies gained by technical insurance designation is preferred.

Experience: Ten years of progressive experience in planning, designing and implementing enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives. Extensive experience in functional, process, information, and data modeling, data management and warehousing, and applications integration. In-depth experience with process re-design methods (e.g., BPR, Six Sigma, TQM) and tools (e.g., Popkin, Proforma, IDS Scheer, Computas, MEGA) Five years of experience in project management is preferred.

Skills: Must be able to serve as the top technical expert for the discipline of business consulting and analysis. Must have the ability to manage large complex projects that involve high risk and great impact for the company. Must have the ability to determine the organizations function including the origin, reasoning, and methodology behind key policies, practices and procedures. Must have the ability to develop and apply innovate approaches and strategies to business problems and opportunities. Must have ability to influence senior management. Must have the ability to utilize emerging and enabling technologies to solve the most complex business problems. Must have strong project and process management skills. Must have the ability to lead effectively in an environment of change and ambiguity. Must possess interpersonal savvy and well-developed project leadership ability. Must possess strong oral and written communication skills to interact with all levels within the company as well as external parties. Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs. Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence. Strong analytical and conceptual skills; ability to create original concepts/theories for a variety of projects. Ability to analyze project needs and determine resources needed to meet objectives and solve problems that involve remote and elusive symptoms, often spanning multiple environments in a business area. Project planning and management skills, encompassing scope of work, time estimation, and resource assignment.
