Overall HR Client Manager responsibility for strategic leadership of Human Resources activities for Global Service Partners and several domestic businesses. Partner with key clients to align human resources objectives and initiatives to the business strategy. Build stakeholder relationships, foster a dynamic and motivated workforce and improve individual and organization effectiveness. Lead the HR team at the units in all aspects of HR, drive process integration, best practice sharing and an integrated approach to HR policies and procedures, such as recruitment, compensation, development, employee fulfillment, staffing and succession planning, which support the organization's business objectives. Ensure consistent application of HR processes. Participate in and/or lead other HR initiatives as required.
Candidate Must Have :
* Experience with international HR.
* Experience with industrial relations.
