Job Description:	Job Title Job Level   Banking Tech - Application Dev  Analyst   Report Group Business Unit   Technology     Sub-Division Status     Recurring               Location Employment Type   New York Full Time Regular   Requirements Summary: Design, develop and test web applications for the Investment Banking Division, utilizing C# and .Net technologies. The Investment Banking Division identifies, structures and executes diverse and innovative public and private market transactions for corporations, financial institutions and governments. Transactions include mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, the issuance of equity or debt capital, IPOs, or a combination of these. Principal Responsibilities: Participate in the Analysis and Design of projects using a modified version of the Rational Unified Process (RUP) Implement the application/project based on the business requirements making sure the solution follows the group's established best practices. Fully test the solution, both unit testing of own code and team integration testing of the entire solution, prior to Alpha Test. Will occasionally be called upon for various tasks involved in evaluation and integration of 3rd party applications. Experience / Skills: Graduate or Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering discipline. 1-4 years development experience, with some in C# Knowledge of Object Oriented Design and Development At least 1 year of development experience Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Self-starter, self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision. Experience with Oracle or SQL-Server databases a plus Experience with RUP a plus
