Job Description:	Job Description:    The Consultant Relations department services the Institutional asset management business globally. The Consultant Services Group is a four person group that updates industry consultant databases with information products and provides industry consultants with the most up-to-date and pertinent information in response to monthly/quarterly/adhoc requests and searches. Additionally, this group supports the Consultant Relations sales effort and completes investment management surveys.   The candidate will join the Consultant Services Group and will be responsible for the following tasks: Tasks will include: -                      Updating industry consultant databases on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis with information on products including performance, assets, characteristics, personnel, investment process/philosophy and firm related information -                      Updating consultant databases in the event of a firm or product process change -                      Gathering information from various sources (e.g. data team, performance team, and investment professionals) in order to provide specific, detailed product information for consultant searches -                      Upholding record keeping requirements and compliance regulations -                      Completing quarterly questionnaires for consultants; some of these questionnaires will be client specific and others will be general -                      Assisting in the completion of investment publication surveys (e.g. Institutional Investor) -                      Supporting the Consultant Relations Team in their sales effort -                      Various ad hoc projects Professional and personal qualifications Qualifications   Professional Qualifications:   The candidate must be exceptional individual with: -                      Bachelor's Degree - preferably analytical -                      1-2 years experience in financial services (experience with consultant databases would be preferable)   Personal Qualifications: -          Ability to perform accurate work under time pressure, meeting tight deadlines within a team environment -          Manage work demands and workload -          Highly detail oriented -          Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken -          Displays strong motivation to achieve and / or exceed targets and standards -          Ability to take the initiative and be pro-active in problem solving -          PC literate [especially MS Excel and MS Word]
