These consultants will use their in-depth SAP/SD (Sales & Distribution) professional consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.

4 years hands-on delivery/configuration consulting experience of SAP/SD (Sales & Delivery) (v 4.6+) with 2 full lifecycles required. Experience developing project deliverables using a formal/structured methodology is required as well as a Bachelor's degree: Major field of study: Computer Science, Engineering or related degree or experience is also required. The SAP/SD Senior Consultant is responsible for the successful delivery of SAP/SD (Sales & Distribution) module deliverables on SAP/SD Mid-Market engagements, including implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing SAP/SD applications. This person assists clients in the selection, implementation and support of SAP/SD solutions which naturally include SAP/SD design, configuration, and testing. S/he will provide SAP/SD functional and business process expertise as well as participate in client sales opportunities including doing business case development. Mid-Market industry experience preferred. IBM is looking for in-depth knowledge in the following areas: SAP/SD functional / technical knowledge; Ability to apply SAP/SD knowledge to resolve configuration and technical issues; SAP/SD Process definition, analysis, design, and implementation; Ability to conduct business requirements definition sessions; Ability required to make SAP/SD configuration changes; Test plan, scenario, and script development; Medium to large client interaction and process consulting experience preferred; Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. As the majority of our work is performed at client sites, 100% travel will be required, and candidates must live near major metropolitan airports.

Candidate Must Have :
* 4 + years hands-on delivery & configuration skills in SAP/SD
* A minimum of 2 Full Lifecycle implementations in SAP/SD
* Experience developing project deliverables
* Must have used a formal/structured methodology
* highly prefer candidates with a consulting background

It is expected that newly hired resources live within a reasonable commuting distance (generally 50 miles) of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Hartford, CT; Houston, TX; Kansas City, MO; Los Angeles, CA; Miami, FL; New York City, NY; and surrounding area; Philadelphia, PA; San Francisco, CA and Washington, D.C.

If a candidate is currently on an H1-B visa, they must have a minimum of 2 years left on their H1-B including all extensions.
