Job Description:	Responsibilities: -Creating and expanding business relationships with companies seeking online advertising, lead generation -Forming new contacts with key business developers and advertising personnel  -Consulting clients on an ongoing basis to help exceed their business objectives through recommending and implementing campaign selection and practices  -Advise clients on the most efficient methods of marketing their services and/or products  -Manage several account simultaneously while negotiating contracts and advertising commissions with clients -Continuously thinking outside of the box to expand THE COMPANY'S cliental -Supervise proper delivery of advertising campaigns in accordance with goals and objectives  -Ability to effectively manage sales cycle from qualification, needs assessment, through close is key. Requirements: -At least 2 years of online marketing experience, with a minimum of 4 years of solid sales experience - Experience with structuring CPM, CPC and CPA deals or a hybrid is preferred   -The ability to think outside the box as well as strong negotiating skills -Proven negotiating skills leading to profitable relationships within the industry  -Great wealth of knowledge about the online advertising industry -Must be driven with strong problem solving skills  -Compensation will consist of an aggressive salary plus performance based bonuses linked to profitability of relationships generated.   This company offers a very nice benefit package, as well as a great working environment.
