REPORTS TO: VP Finance 

  

prefer someone from public accounting or a publicly traded manufacturing company or  from the retail industry !!! 

 

• CPA required
•  4+  years 10k 10q experience
• SEC & GAAP
• Excellent computer skills
• 8 – 15 years public accounting or industry experience preferred  
• bonus: target 10%, maximum 17.5%

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will direct the preparation of all disclosures and calculations on the quarters for the 10Q as well as the 10K. . 

 

This job does have supervisory responsibilities.  

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

BS or BA degree; or in Accounting or finance; related experience and combination of education and experience.
