The geographical territory for this position Atlantic, Mid Atlantic includes, McLean, VA, Washington, DC north, NY, CT, and Boston, MA. The location for this position is flexible dependant on the candidate selected to fill the position.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the sales and talent leadership and development, general management, P & L accountability of the Private Banking offices in the assigned geography to achieve maximum revenue growth and profitability and best in class client satisfaction, loyalty and employee engagement. This position reports to the Private Banking Managing Executive, and is the senior executive of Private Banking in the assigned geography.

Responsibilities include leading teams to greater sales execution, creating a culture and expectation of high performance and results orientation, client acquisition and revenue growth, developing strong leadership and sales talent, building internal partnerships with General Bank and Wealth leadership, cultivating internal and external lead sources, serving as spokesperson, and fostering the company's reputation in assigned geography. In conjunction with Line of Business Support teams, determines the geography’s Private Banking expansion strategy, as well as strategy for prospecting and marketing to affluent clients and/or those with complex private banking needs. Leads and manages a team of Private Banking Regional Directors in their teams’ delivery of holistic private banking products and services. Participates as a member of Wealth Management Division senior leadership team.


Requirements:
· A minimum of 10 years combined experience in market leadership position, and/or General Banking, Trust, Investments, Insurance, Tax, Credit and Financial Planning businesses.
· A minimum of 10 years combined experience successfully leading/managing Sales teams and/or Client Management teams
· 5 years experience operating in matrix environment
· 5 years general P & L management experience

Preferred:
CFP, CFA, or other professional designation or advanced degree and
Knowledge of market opportunity
Candidate Must Have :
* A minimum of 10 years combined experience in market leadership position, and/or General Banking, Trust, Investments, Insurance, Tax, Credit and Financial Planning businesses.
* A minimum of 10 years combined experience successfully leading/managing Sales teams and/or Client Management teams
