Essentials: J2EE (EJB, JSP, Servlet), JMS, Oracle (PL/SQL), XML, MOM (Tibco, Sonic), JUnit, Financial Services/Firm experience, UML, HTML, Javascript, Configuration Management, ANT, Distributed systems development., excellent written communication skills, team lead experience.

Desired Experience: Struts, Spring Framework, Log4j, AJAX, build systems.
