1) Director -Private Equity Group

- 7 years experience in Accounting
- CPA is a plus
- Knowledge of Partnership accounting, private equity experience
- Supervisory Skills
- Knowledge of US General Accepted Accounting Principles.

2) Senior Associate - Private Equity

- Experience in preparing and reviewing general ledgers, financial statements, footnotes and working papers
- 4-6 years experience in accounting
- Supervisory Experience
- Partnership Accounting
- Strong Private Equity back round

3) Senior Associate - Financial Accounting

- 4-5 yrs experience in public or private
- GAAP knowledge
- Industry experience, private equity Fund or Hedge Fund
- Emerging to middle market company experience
