Manager/Director of SEC Reporting $90000 - $120000 Job ID: SEC/RP

Northern NJ

Main responsibilities will include researching accounting technical literature and being involved with any new accounting pronouncements and analyzing how they affect the Company. Candidates will also work on all SEC filings, (10k & 10q's) conference calls, press releases, etc.

Job Requirements:

Prefer someone from public accounting or a publicly traded manufacturing company or from the retail industry!!!

• CPA a very high plus
• 4+ years 10k 10q experience
• SEC & GAAP
• Excellent computer skills
• 5 15 years public accounting or retail & manufacturing industry experience preferred
• BS or BA degree; or in Accounting or finance

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will prepare or direct the preparation of all disclosures and calculations on the quarters for the 10Q as well as the 10K. .

This job does have supervisory responsibilities. * COMMENT: You may be required to perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Big 4 Public accounting experience and the ability to adapt to the changing financial requirements of the Company is HIGHLY DESIRED. The ideal candidate MUST have a degree in Accounting and 5-15+ years progressive accounting experience.
