New Store Project Manager Salary $70-85k

 

POSITION: New Store Project Manager   Salary $70-85k+ this is not a field based Construction Position, but a corporate based Retail Operation position w/ local travel

Requisition Number	Store Operations   Answers to Director of Store Operations  They want a “best practices” person
Job Specifications	Primary responsibility is to effectively communicate between your clients and the supporting personnel at the Corporate office. Responsibilities include the coordination & management of all facets of the new store opening process, the management of annual capital expenditures & fixture improvement projects (including monitoring of the budget), partnering with the other project managers to assist in the training of new store managers and trainers, and any projects related to the improvement of Store Operations in general, and the New Store Opening process in particular. Light (10 - 15%) travel is required.
Job Requirements	Qualifications include 2-4 years retail operations experience (or similar Project Management experience), strong organizational & communication skills, demonstrated process improvement successes, the ability to clearly identify issues & provide workable solutions, Microsoft Excel experience, and strong attention to detail. (Previous new store opening experience and knowledge of fixture rollouts is a plus.) Excel & Spreadsheets
