Industry leader wants to hire several BASIS administrators for positions in NYC

Experience / Qualifications
** At least 5 years SAP design experience with R/3 (ISM preferred), further deep experience with one of the following: BW, PI, EP, M/AMC.
** A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a similar hardware and software environment to the current installed environment (including, but not limited to Oracle, SAP, SQL Server on UNIX and / or NT).
** Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and articulate them to other team members and managers.
** Preference for candidate who has performed in a lead role and in two or more implementations.
** A minimum of 3 years either supporting Oracle as a DBA or developing database applications.
** Business Process understanding (Media industry preferred)
** Knowledge and understanding of ABAP code for field exit solutions
** Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technologies and apply them to business needs
** Design and implement automated methods to centrally administer user access levels to information.
** Install and maintain software including upgrades, applying kernel patches, OSS Notes, and Support Packages.
** SAP system troubleshooting, problem solving, capacity planning, tuning and application server load balancing, as well as day-to-day monitoring and administration of SAP systems.
** Excellent written and verbal communication skills in general and strong facilitation and presentation experience skills specifically. Ability to express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business
