The ideal must have these absolute and basic qualification/requirements:
•Must have 2 years experience in a project manager/supervisor role
•Excellent communication skills
•Thorough knowledge of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Act
•Experience in real estate negotiation, providing relocation assistance and general knowledge of real estate.
•A college degree in Real Estate or Business Administration or the equivalent experience is needed.
Job duties include managing one or more major right of way acquisition or relocation assistance transportation or infrastructure projects. The person will be responsible for coordination with the client; supervision of other personnel assigned to the project and will manage the project resources to meet the schedule. Additional duties include proposal preparation, marketing and G&O administrative functions.
Candidate Must Have :
