As an integral member of the Corporate Tax Department, this position has responsibility for the preparation of corporate tax compliance including federal, state and local income tax returns, extension and quarterly payments.

PERFORMANCE METRICS

Financial: Measures of error reconciliation and reduction
Measures of effective financial analysis and recommendations

Measures of timeliness and accuracy of financial information/ reporting

Employee: Measures of effective working relationships.
Measures of risk identification and mitigation.
Measures of integrity and accountability
Measures of Microsoft Office and Oracle proficiency

Operations: Measures of timely responsiveness to inquiries.
Measures of improvements in internal and external audits
Measures of timely delivery of financial statements and reports
Measures of effective internal controls

Customer: Measures of timely and professional communication.
Measures of effective relationships with internal and external partners.
Measures of effective written and verbal communications
Measures of effective relationships w/internal & external partners

SPECIAL SKILLS, TRAINING, OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
Three to five years experience
Strong knowledge of federal, state and local income tax
Proficient in SFAS 109 and Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404
Strong interpersonal and writing skills
Proficiency in Excel and Word
Knowledge of Oracle Financials helpful
