4 Superstar Core Java/J2EE Developers immediately. Rocket scientists (not literally), with a high degree of understanding of High Throughput Transactional Systems. If they can't talk about High Throughput Computing (HTC) they will not be right for this role. This knowledge is integral in the Equity Trading Systems they develop.

Developers can come from ANY industry. They must be smart and have a firm grasp of Algorithmic Information Theory. These people would come out of good schools with a desire to work in a small, entrepreneurial environment.
