Job Description:	E- Marketing Manager     Responsibilities: ·        Invigorate and significantly add to the number of persons visiting our family of websites. Develop opportunities to grow and recruit volunteers by way of networking venues. Manager our visibility on such sites as YouTube and Flickr. Create a strategy to increase the amount of action seen on our family of sites that can be measured by way of Gallup poll and analytics. ·        Analyze web data to assess ROI, conduct "verbal audits" ·        Spearhead the expansion of our E-PR efforts, place banner ads. Liaison with e-mail marketing team to maximize efforts ·        Supervise Search Engine Optimization. Responsible for Google Grant ·        Develop and leverage relationships to locate donors on external sites, discover strategies to reach our primary on-line population, while also creating unique ways to attract new visitors. ·        Create plans and concepts to assist other departments within our organization as they attempt to appeal to potential partners. ·        Devise new e-marketing campaigns to energize the re-branding of our company name   Required Skills: ·        4 year degree or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience ·        Strong knowledge of MS Office ·        Internet guru ·        Expert with Web trends or similar analytical tools ·        Proven track record in implementing E-Marketing/Public Relations strategies ·        Solid background in Search Engine Optimization ·        Prior experience creating internet marketing strategies ·        Ability to interact with and leverage relationships at various levels; excellent communication skills required ·        Ability to forecast and complete projects within specified time frames.
