Job title:	IT support
Job description	The US based systems administrator is responsible for the efficient use of networks by our organization. The focus is to support the sales team in addressing any IT/ technical issues arising from client accounts together with managing  local IT infrastructure.
Job Location	NYC
Core responsibilities	·          Support and configuration of the workstation software for users. ·          Setup and integration of the web based applications. ·          Office network support (MS Office, backups). ·          Web based service operation support. (Hardware and software). ·          Software Licensing issues. ·          Trouble shooting and problem solving of any problems that arise    from the company’s customers in relation with their use of SuperDerivatives solution.
Key Internal Interfaces	R & D Management, Head of Help Desk, Sales, Sales Support, Other IT global team members
Key external interfaces	Customers – Large financial institutions: Banks, Hedge Funds, Corporations.
Education and desired background	·          Must understand Security and Networking ·          Experience working in server environments ·          Min. 4-5 yrs. of experience as a System Administrator in Microsoft environment – a must ·          Experience in a software development company ·          Knowledge of communication networks – an advantage ·          Immediate availability
Personal specification	·          Strong communication, good personal relationships ·          Service Oriented
