Management Consultant NYC

A friend is looking for an independent systems consultant for one of his clients

 

The firm is in NYC, does about 250MM in biz and is having problems between the head of systems and the operations staff about how systems don't fit needs. So they want someone to come in for a few months, analyze the problem, make recommendations, mentor the systems person, perhaps, recommend new technology.
