Job Description:	OPEN POSITION       POSITION TITLE:                Analyst-Investment Administration   SUPERVISOR:                    Chief Operating Officer & Chief Economist   PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Report to the COO & Chief Economist of The Company's Asset Management Company.  Provide assistance to the COO and Director- Administration on compliance and due diligence oversight with respect to Company funds and sub-advisers.    Primary Job Functions: Work on a variety of business projects (e.g., Policies and Procedures Manual, metrics development, business continuity plans, Pivotal implementation, audits, direct management procedures, ADV, and DDQ). Work with the staff and legal department on updating private program offering documents ("PPMs") and the formulation of new funds. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures for operations, new fund structures, and proxy voting. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for monitoring fund and sub-adviser portfolios (e.g., Metrics and IBT testing). Serve as a back up in the risk management oversight to funds (e.g., daily testing, affiliate testing, Form 13F filings, monthly Zoomerang testing and annual due diligence questionnaires). Serve as the back up to the Director of Administration Assist in the development and implementation of relationship management database.   Requirements: Four-year undergraduate degree desired Two- to four-years investment, project management, compliance, or investment risk management experience Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail Strong ability to communicate at all levels Strong quantitative, written and oral communication skills Understanding of investments and the capital markets needed, paralegal experience would be helpful
