Responsibilities to include:
Support the testing and implementation of trading applications.
Assist with release management and change management processes of the trading systems.
Build knowledge base to provide supplemental support in emergency situations to L1 support staff.
Define, coordinate and assist with operational acceptance testing and weekend test activities.
Required Skills
Experience Required/Results Expected:
2-5+ years of relevant IT experience and support of trading applications.
Experience with change management process and practices.
Scripting and/or programming experience.
Working knowledge of networking, systems administration and databases.
Must be self-starter and have the ability to work independently and within a team. Strong analytical skills and multi-tasking required.
Candidate Must Have :
* Bachelor Degree
* 2-5+ years of relevant IT experience
* Experience with change management process and practices
