Members of the team use their human resources background and expertise to recruit, counsel and coach managers and employees on employee relations and performance issues, process relocations and visas, participate in the performance review process, handle benefits and leave of absences, and answer day-to-day questions regarding company policies and procedures. We are seeking a creative and ambitious individual who will fit into our energetic environment and will successfully develop and implement various strategies and projects within our business groups.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Prior HR Experience
At Least 2-3 Years of Generalist experience
Must have previously been involved with disciplinary actions including written warnings and terminations
Prior experience with employee relations, including investigations
Working Knowledge of labor laws including FMLA, ADA, and Title VII
Frequent interactions with Line Managers
Superior customer service skills
Peoplesoft is a Plus
Taleo is a Plus
Experience with HR transactions including transfers, relocations, and department reorganizations
Experience conducting exit interviews
SHRM Certification is a Plus
