Job Description:	Job Description:  We are seeking a Project Lead/Lead Analyst who will be responsible for delivery of projects including the corresponding disciplines associated with project planning, risk and issue identification, stakeholder and resource management, project change control, documentation, tracking and reporting (weekly and monthly). You will also be responsible for managing a project from requirements all the way through post-implementation and/or project closure, as applicable. Project leader responsibilities require an individual to be delivery-focused and hands-on. Additional responsibilities include: Attending regular department meetings to ensure smooth cooperation within unit and carrying out ad-hoc tasks delegated by senior managers. Business Skills:  * Demonstrated project management skills. * Exposure to numerous life cycle development methodologies. * Excellent written and verbal communication; good interpersonal skills. * Pro-active approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow through. * Working knowledge of Mainframe technologies (COBOL, VSAM, CICS) * Must have thorough knowledge of all aspects of Securities Processing including Global Custody, Portfolio Servicing, Global Cash Management and Investment Accounting. For your role in working closely with business users and facilitation of communication of requirements, you should demonstrate: * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Effective professional relationship building skills. * Consensus building and facilitation skills. Education/Licenses/Certifications:  Bachelor's Degree in computer science, mathematics, business administration or similar discipline is required
