Essentially, the client is looking for a new Group Head. This firm does not have titles, but essentially, this will be the Manager of Trading Technologies and functionally, the Application Development Manager. At least 15 Team Leaders will report into this person and they manage teams of PL’s, PM’s, Developers, and BA’s. They want someone with deep, solid business knowledge of Buy-side Fixed Income; someone who has and can implement a J2EE-type of solution; it can be a proprietary solution.

Full relocation that includes house hunting, free executive suite family space for several months, the whole works.
