Responsible for designing, developing, modifying and evaluating electronic parts, components, or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment or other hardware systems. The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

Determining design approaches and parameters
Analysis of electrical requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints
Analysis of equipment to establish operating data, conducts experimental tests and evaluates results
Selection of components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability
May also review vendor capability to support development

Qualifications:


Requires a B.S. E.E., B.S.C.E degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years experience with hardware, digital design and experience in COMSEC content preferred.

Experience:
Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience with the development of digital circuitry for ASIC, FPGA or Micro-Computer based systems required
Experience planning, executing, and tracking personal task assignments required
Computer design, synthesis and simulation tools desired
Application of design considerations for volume production desired

This position requires U.S. citizenship for purposes of obtaining a clearance.

Candidate Must Have :
