Selling of all credit, non credit products and services to companies with annual sales between 3 million and 250 million in the market area. Develop strategies for maintaining and further penetrating existing accounts. Execute the strategy with calls, visits, needs assessment, customer qualification, and a meeting follow up to maintain, enhance, and expand customer relationships. Work closely with marketing and the Sales Manager to generate, qualify, and prioritize new prospects. Develop, expand, and maintain referral sources.

REQUIREMENTS:
Undergraduate degree required. Majors in Business, Finance, or Economics preferred. Professional proven sales skills and experience, including planning, execution, and follow up of customer meetings. Strong customer needs assessment and problem solving skills. Experience in commercial sales required and underwriting preferred, amount varies by proficiency level. Ability and strong desire to interact with customers on a daily basis, including strong oral and written communication skills. Capable of organizing, facilitating, leading, and negotiating with team of bank personnel to solve customers problems. Demonstrates mastery of the spectrum of  products including international, cash management, capital markets, capital management, leasing, and consumer products. Industry specific knowledge for targeted industry preferred. Capable of organizing and leading involved sales initiatives, including generating complex, customized proposals. Must be highly motivated, self starter that exhibits a high level of initiative and creativity.
