This successful eCommerce firm is trying to hire an experienced IIS person with excellent interpersonal skills to be a primary point of contact for network issues.

Strong with Windows 2003 and IIS 6 (IIS 5 is good to know too).
Has solid experience with general systems and networking administration.
Has a solid understanding of network concepts, namely TCP/IP.
Has relevant experience with Active Directory and preferably Exchange.
Is comfortable working with Cisco equipment (e.g. I will hesitate to move on candidates that don't want anything to do with networking equipment, namely Cisco).
Is comfortable with SQL Server. We have a few databases out there and they need to be administered as well from the systems side of things (note that I do NOT need a DBA).
I am looking for a doer as much as someone that can be part of a intra-dept project team.
Want them to be technical... I am not really looking for someone with management experience or who expects to be in a management position.
