Senior Software Engineer position within our Development department. The qualified candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining highly available, low latency trading system components.

Responsibilities to include:
Lead software development throughout the Software Development LifeCycle of mission critical trading system applications
Develop core infrastructure libraries utilized by development group members.
Provide technical direction and oversight for other junior level programmers
Required Experience
Experience Required/Results Expected:

Strong with C#.NET and Object Oriented concepts
Strong Multithreaded experience
Strong knowledge of FIX
SQL development experience, SQL Server 2005 a plus
Light JAVA experience
In depth understanding of high availability techniques considered industry best practices
Can act as a technical lead on projects
Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science
Options Industry experience is a plus
