PAID RELOCATION AVAILABLE

§ Develop disaster recovery environments - systems, servers, hardware, software, etc.
§ Develop IT recovery plans for eight ________offices and SunGard recovery site.
§ Develop recovery plans, procedures and methods for ________business applications.
§ Create BCP and D/R documentation related to IT systems and recovery, and external 3rd party vendor supported applications (e.g., Bloomberg, etc.) while highlighting the interdependencies and liaising/managing process w/vendor.
§ Create test methods (project plans) and lead recovery exercises for annual and semi-annual tests.
§ Align BCP with ________business units while working with unit heads to ensure implementation of recovery methods and resources.
§ Evaluate contracts and translate recovery procedures into clear concise D/R action steps overall BCP plan.

Competencies:
§ Comprehensive understanding of IT development and operational concepts.
§ Significant experience with business continuing planning strategic development and implementation within a similar environment
§ Subject mater expertise with disaster recovery methods and formal business continuity planning concepts.
§ Working knowledge of IT technologies, systems and backup methods.
§ Understanding of technology vendors, contracts, etc.
§ Solid track record of successful project management; MS Project certification a plus.
§ Strong interpersonal skills
