Talented, dedicated and self-motivated ACE (Achieving Competitive Excellence - Our company's operating system) Leader (Six Sigma, Kaizen/Lean Manufacturing). This position is ideal for someone with demonstrated ability to lead a major change through the utilization of ACE tools and processes. Candidate must be a leader that actively develops new strategies for continuous improvement while balancing the position by completing some tactical duties. Responsibilities will include:

Develop and execute ACE strategy with the executive staff and business unit ACE teams supporting the achievement of ACE targets

Lead VSM (value stream mapping), 3P and Kaizen events

Qualify as an ACE Assessor and perform business unit assessments

Develop and deploy ACE assessment plan

Audit the Passport process to determine each phase gate readiness and report out to executive staff

Interface with the corporate ACE function


BS degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with 6-10+ years experience. Prefer MA/MS degree with 4-7+ years experience.

Enthusiasm for applying the ACE, Six Sigma and Lean/Kaizen methodology. Black Belt certification preferred
Minimum 3-5 years leadership experience in coaching and implementing ACE methodologies (Lean/VSM and technical problem solving) in a manufacturing and assembly environment
Ability to foster change

Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with others at all levels of the organization
Individual must be self-motivated and have very good interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
Candidate must be results-oriented, high energy, and represent the Values

Candidate Must Have :
* ACE, Six Sigma and Lean/Kaizen methodology
* Black Belt certification preferred
* BS degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
* 6-10+ years experience
