The Division Manager will manage the daily operations of our Atlanta office. This includes managing and supervising a multi-disciplinary professional staff, providing coaching, direction, and oversight. This position will organize the overall marketing strategy and business development plan and lead project pursuits, marketing, and business development efforts. The position will oversee the quality assurance system for various projects.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus. Must have a minimum of 15 years experience in civil engineering-related disciplines including 10 years’ experience in project and/or administrative management. Georgia municipal, county, or DOT experience highly desirable. Must have extensive experience in business development, strong marketing skills, and knowledge of the project development process. Georgia PE or ability to obtain within 6 months or AICP is required. Successful candidate will have excellent communication and people-skills, the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary environment, understand structured environment, and have the ability to explain business related performance measures to office staff.

Candidate Must Have :
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
* 15 years experience in civil engineering-related disciplines including 10 years’ experience in project and/or administrative management.
* Extensive experience in business development, strong marketing skills, and knowledge of the project development process.
* Georgia PE or ability to obtain within 6 months or AICP
